Lincomycin Hydrochloride 50mg

Spectinomycin Hydrochloride 100mg.

Appearance Colorless or slight yellow transparent liquid.

Description

Lincomycin is a lincosamide antibiotic derived from bacteria Streptomyces lincolnensis with activity against gram positive and anaerobic bacteria. Lincomycin binds to the 50S subunit of the bacterial ribosome resulting in the inhibition of protein synthesis and thereby produces bactericidal effects in susceptible organisms.

Spectinomycin is an aminocyclitol aminoglycoside antibiotic derived from Streptomyces spectabilis with bacteriostatic activity. Spectinomycin binds to the bacterial 30S ribosomal subunit. As a result, this agent interferes with the initiation of protein synthesis and with proper protein elongation. This eventually leads to bacterial cell death.

Indication Used for Gram-positive bacteria, Gram-negative bacteria and mycoplasma infection; treatmentfor poultry chronic respiratory disease, swine dysentery, infectious arthritis, pneumonia, erysipelas and calves bacteria infective enteritis and pneumonia.

Dosage and Administration

Subcutaneous injection, once dose, 30mg per 1kg body weight (calculate together with

lincomycin and spectinomycin) for poultry;

intramuscular injection, once dose, 15mg for pig, calves, sheep (calculate together with lincomycin and spectinomycin).

Precaution

1.Do not use intravenous injection. Intramuscular injection should slowly.

2.Together with general tetracycline have antagonistic action.

Withdrawal Period: 28 days

Storage 

Protect from light and seal tightly. It is recommended to store in a dry place at normal temperature.
