Appearance: Almost colorless to light- yellow clear liquid.

Description:

Enrofloxacin is a fluoroquinolone antibacterial drug. It is bactericidal with a broad spectrum of activity. Its mechanism of action inhibits DNA gyrase, thus inhibiting both DNA and RNA synthesis. Sensitive bacteria include Staphylococcus, Escherichia coli, Proteus, Klebsiella, and Pasteurella.⁴⁸ Pseudomonas is moderately susceptible but requires higher dosages. In some species, enrofloxacin is partially metabolized to ciprofloxacin.

Indication  Enrofloxacin injection is a broad spectrum antibacterial for single or mixed bacterial infections, especially for infections caused by anaerobic bacteria.

In livestock and canines, Enrofloxacin injection is effective against a wide range of Gram positive and Gram negative organisms causing infections such as Bronchopneumonia and other respiratory tract infection , gastro enteritis, calf scours, Mastitis, Metritis, Pyometra, Skin and soft tissue. infections, ear infections, secondary bacterial infections such as those caused by E.Coli, Salmonella Spp. Pseudomonas, Streptococcus, Bronchiseptica, Klebsiella etc.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION  Intramuscular injection ;

Cattle, sheep, pig:  Each time dosage: 0.03ml per kg of body weight, once or twice a day, continuously for 2-3 days..

Dogs, cats and rabbits: 0.03ml-0.05ml per kg of body weight, once or twice a day, continuously for 2-3 days

CONTRA INDICATIONS

The product should not be administered at horses and dogs younger than 12 months

SPECIAL PRECAUTIONS TO BE TAKEN BY THE PERSON ADMINISTERING THE PRODUCT TO ANIMALS

Avoid direct contact with the product .It is possible to cause dermatitis by contact.

OVERDOSE

Overdose can cause digestive disorders as vomit, anorexia, diarrhea and even toxicosis. In that case the administration must be stopped at once and the symptoms must be handled.

Withdrawal Time meat:  10 days  .
